As Google Alliance Lead you will work with sales, marketing, and product to develop, execute, and manage the GTM strategy for Google. Your focus will be on scaling efforts within existing strategic initiatives while identifying new revenue opportunities across programs, solutions, industries, segments, and geographies. You will author compelling business plans and drive consensus with key internal stakeholders to shepherd the company through these new routes to market with Google. As the group leader, you will manage a geographically dispersed team of Alliance managers to support the execution and management of the GTM strategy and orchestrate their efforts in brand ambassadorship, program design, sales enablement, co-sell, and co-marketing.
As the executive point of contact with senior sales and partner leaders at Google, you have accountability to land and expand our Google Alliance program and will be measured on partner influenced pipeline, lead balance of trade, and other strategic KPI's
Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and unlock synergies between the two organizations to strengthen the Google Alliance.
  • Collaborate with the Google Alliance and company executives to develop focused GTM solutions to tap into these synergies.
  • Own rhythm of the business sessions with Google leadership at quarterly and annual cadences
  • Matrixed responsibility to ensure Google Cloud program compliance
  • Enabling sales to maximize bookings potential through co-selling best practices with Google field teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing on the "market with" and "market to" on Google focused campaigns and initiatives
  • Budget management and resource allocation
  • Identify and maximize funding and incentive levers
  • Matrix to partner and sales operations to ensure that Alliance programs are operationalized
  • Own the business intelligence (reporting, dashboards, trend analysis, and data hygiene) for the Google Alliance KPI's


Qualifications
Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field.
    • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field in lieu of degree.
  • Previous experience in an alliance management at an MSP and/or SI.

USD 131,600.00 - 219,400.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $131,600.00 - $219,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
