We are looking for a Game Producer to lead the development and delivery of high-quality mobile games. In this role, you will work closely with designers, engineers, artists, and QA to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining a high standard of quality.

You will be responsible for planning production schedules, tracking progress, managing risks, and improving development processes. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced game development environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead game development from pre-production to launch and live operations
  • Create and maintain production schedules and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, engineering, art, and QA
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and remove blockers
  • Improve production workflows and development processes
  • Communicate progress and updates with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience working in game production or project management
  • Strong understanding of game development pipelines
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
