Product Performance Analysis Track and analyze key metrics including DAU, MAU, ARPDAU, retention, revenue, and UA efficiency Build structured monthly and quarterly product performance reports Conduct cohort analysis and trend breakdowns (region / platform / monetization split) Benchmark performance against top competitors (e.g., Block Blast, Vita Mahjong, etc.) 2. Financial & KPI Modeling Assist in revenue forecasting and scenario modeling Build simple financial models to estimate impact of: Feature launches Monetization changes UA scale-up IP collaborations Analyze LTV vs CPI dynamics and payback periods 3. Market & Strategy Research Research market trends in casual, hybrid-casual, and GaaS models Analyze product evolution paths (e.g., Endless vs Level-based, IAP vs IAA hybridization) Study monetization systems (battle pass, gacha systems, subscription, etc.) Track competitor updates and strategic shiftsWho We Look ForCurrently pursuing or recently graduated in: Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related fields Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets Basic understanding of SQL is a plus Strong logical thinking and structured writing skills Passion for mobile games (casual / hybrid casual preferred) Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyEqual Employment Opportunity at Tencent
