  • CI/CD, Unix & Tooling: Proficiency with Linux/Unix, ALM tools (Jira), and CI/CD pipeline integration (Jenkins, TeamCity), with Python scripting as an advantage.
  • Defect Investigation & Root-Cause Analysis: Analytical, detail-oriented approach to investigating complex defects through log parsing, test results, and system behavior analysis.
  • Practical & Responsible GenAI Adoption: Applied knowledge of GenAI/LLM tools to accelerate testing while ensuring output validation, security, privacy, and compliance.
  • Communication & Collaborative Mindset: Proactive, client-focused team player with strong communication skills who constructively challenges requirements and drives quality standards.
