Most of what Go-to Market teams do all day isn't selling. It's research, list-building, follow-ups, and data entry — work that should never have been a human job in the first place.
We're building a system of AI workers that own GTM execution end-to-end. Alice creates demand, and Julian captures it. They take the busywork off the table so GTM teams can can do what they do best: building relationships and closing deals.
Backed by $75M+ from a16z and Benchmark, headquartered in San Francisco, and trusted by Checkr, Xerox, Sage, and Armanino. We're hiring ambitious people who want to define how the next generation of companies accelerate growth.
About the RoleWe're looking for a Product Engineer who wants to operate like a founder.
Not someone who waits for specs and tickets. Someone who sees opportunities, talks to users, prototypes fast, ships relentlessly, and helps define what the product should become.
This is not a traditional engineering role. You'll work across product, engineering, customer workflows, AI systems, and business strategy. In many cases, you'll go from idea → prototype → shipped product in days, not quarters.
The best people for this role think in systems, move with urgency, and use AI as leverage.
The role of engineering is changing.
AI has dramatically expanded what a single engineer can design, build, and ship. The best product engineers today don't just implement requirements, they explore product directions, prototype workflows, talk to customers, and turn ambiguity into working systems quickly.
We believe the future belongs to engineers who:
- Think like product leaders
- Move with high agency and ownership
- Use AI tools fluently
- Care deeply about user outcomes
- Prototype and iterate rapidly
- Can operate across engineering, product, and business contexts
What You’ll Do
- Own product surfaces end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to shipping and iterating on solutions
- Work directly with customers, CSMs, and GTM teams to deeply understand workflows and pain points
- Design and build fullstack features that drive user impact and business outcomes
- Rapidly prototype and test new ideas, especially in ambiguous or zero-to-one spaces
- Help define how AI agents behave, reason, and deliver value in real-world workflows
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering to shape roadmap and prioritization
- Translate insights from user behavior, customer conversations, and data into product improvements
- Think beyond individual features and help shape product architecture and long-term platform direction
- Push ideas into reality quickly instead of over-optimizing in planning phases
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, product engineer, or in a product-focused engineering role
- Strong fullstack foundation, especially with Typescript, React, NextJS, and NodeJS
- A track record of owning products or systems from concept through launch
- High agency — you naturally move things forward without waiting for direction
- Strong product intuition. You care deeply about user experience and business impact, not just technical correctness
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and figuring things out in real time
- Bias toward building and prototyping over endless planning
- Strong communication across engineering, product, GTM, and leadership
- Excitement about AI-native workflows and the future of product creation
Bonus:
- Experience working closely with customers or in customer-facing roles
- Background in startups or zero-to-one product development
- Experience with AI/LLMs, prompt design, or building AI-powered products
- You've used tools like Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, v0, or similar heavily in your workflow
- You care deeply about product velocity and iteration speed
Compensation
Base salary range: $150,000 – $250,000
*Final offer will be based on a variety of factors, including role level, relevant experience, skills, and job-related expertise.
