Full Stack Software Engineer - RVG

You will work as a desk aligned developer supporting quantitative researchers and traders within Fixed Income. The role focuses on building applications that provide market data and analytics to support trading decisions. You will operate in a collaborative environment with fast delivery cycles and direct feedback from users, contributing to both application development and production system reliability.

Your future role within QRT

• Build applications that provide market data and analytics to support trading decisions
• Productionise financial models developed by researchers and traders
• Take ownership of production systems to ensure stability and alignment with business requirements
• Improve and extend software infrastructure to support evolving trading workflows
• Deliver features in collaboration with users, incorporating feedback into iterative development

Your present skillset

• At least three years of experience as a software engineer
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL
• Experience developing user interfaces using modern web technologies such as React and TypeScript
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Ability to operate in a fast paced delivery environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in a front office trading environment, particularly within Fixed Income, is beneficial
