The Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with a strong Front End focus to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product engineering team, you will play a crucial role in developing and scaling Proxy, our generalist agent, ensuring robust performance and a seamless user experience. Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, user-centric web application using React and TypeScript

• Create intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences following modern design principles

• Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems

• Build performant frontend architectures with state management solutions

• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate Python/FastAPI endpoints

• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and accessibility

• Contribute to user research and usability testing efforts

• Work closely with the designer team to implement pixel-perfect designs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus

• Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies

• Proficiency in UI/UX principles and responsive design

• Experience with Python and backend (FastAPI experience is a plus)

• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques

• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and debugging

• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

• Solid grasp of web accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and engineers

Bonus Qualifications

• Knowledge of Wordpress and popular website creation platforms

• Contributions to design systems or component libraries

• Experience with frontend performance monitoring and analytics

• Understanding of SEO principles and optimization techniques

• Background in user research and usability testing

• Familiarity with AI/LLM integration in frontend applications
