Role summary
There are three key towers in the IT organisation: Technology, Data and Product. Technology is made up of Technology Services, concerned with systems support and the run and maintenance of systems, Technology Delivery is concerned with delivering technology change into the Business and Architecture that is concerned with supporting the delivery functions in IT in delivering to the Business agenda and expectations.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated iManage Developer to join our Application Platforms team. This is a key role in the development, integration, and support of our applications.
What you’ll do
Design, develop and maintain high-performing applications and integrations, including iManage Work v10, Intapp, CAM and custom-built solutions
Work closely with support teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to incident management
Participate in solution architecture, testing, and deployment to ensure robust and maintainable systems
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
Share knowledge and support team development while learning from technical leads and peers
Engage in project planning and delivery, ensuring quality and timelines are met
Key responsibilities and deliverables
Leverage strong technical expertise in iManage, with a primary focus on iManage Cloud environments.
Integrate and develop solutions using iManage APIs to enable seamless connectivity with other systems and streamline business processes.
Apply robust software development skills to support integration, customisation, and enhancement activities.
Utilise prior experience from the legal, banking, finance, or tax advisory sectors to inform solution design and delivery, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Foster a collaborative, open-minded team environment by actively sharing knowledge and constructively challenging ideas to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Operate effectively in hybrid or remote working settings, including providing support during occasional out-of-hours or weekend periods as required.
