We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Role Overview

In this crucial role, you will steer the process from post-sales through to onboarding, known as our “Flying Start.” Collaborating with various internal teams, including Implementation, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, and Delivery, you will serve as an essential bridge between different phases of the journey, supporting both candidates and customers to ensure they are positioned to fully benefit from our diverse range of apprenticeship programs.

This is an exciting and fast-paced role that combines project management, data analysis, process improvement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. If you thrive in challenging environments and embrace change, we’d love to hear from you!

In this role, you will...

  • Collaborate with a range of cross-functional teams to oversee the fulfilment & implementation process post-B2B sales.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for large-scale, customised launches, ensuring all pre-launch activities are completed on time.

  • Deliver engaging information sessions about our programmes to both candidates and their managers, generating interest and driving high-quality candidate applications.

  • Maintain effective launch project plans to guarantee the timely completion of pre-launch activities while meeting key deadlines.

  • Utilise data-driven insights to proactively monitor deal progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.

  • Maintain direct and effective communication with clients (including HR and Ops teams, and Apprentice Managers) to help them take full advantage of our platform and software.

  • Take ownership of assigned accounts, driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities.

  • Strong resilience and a growth mindset, enabling you to navigate challenges and learn from setbacks without taking things personally.

  • Significant experience building strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, particularly in collaborative settings with Sales and Customer Success teams.

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to mitigate risk and drive successful outcomes.

  • A proven track record of project management, with the ability to navigate complex projects and meet deadlines, managing both internal and external stakeholders.

  • A customer-centric mindset focused on delivering an exceptional experience throughout the fulfilment and onboarding process.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a startup, scale-up, or consulting environment is preferred, given the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of our work.

  • A proven history of influencing and driving successful outcomes independently in customer-facing roles.
