Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing the business logic to expose our functionality via APIs and UI interfaces, using functional programming and serverless computing
- Implementing Frontend code on mobile applications
- Working across multiple teams to ensure delivery, meet standards and ensure consistency
- Contributing to the continual improvement of our development best practices
Your key skills & experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Frontend development (html/css/JavaScript)
- Experience in strongly typed languages, such as Typescript, Rust or others
- Experience in UI/UX design, and tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch
- Strong visual portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and Frontend work
- You love working in a smaller team where you can see the huge impact of your work
- You love learning and are open minded about changing your opinion if given new information
- You are autonomous and enjoy managing your own workload and deadlines
Desirable skills:
- Experience with the Functional programming paradigm
- Interest in embedded systems and IoT
- Professional experience in the renewable energy sector, or an interest in green tech
