Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy working environment.
Salary: £13 per hour plus commission on sales plus bonuses
Schedule: 40 hours per week, this will include a Saturday.
Duties
- Ensure all clients receive a warm, authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
- Maintain an organised Front of House environment.
- Ensure salon stock levels are not running low – ordering when necessary.
- Taking clients bills and rebooking clients’ appointments.
- Replying to and composing emails.
- Cash handling - Petty cash and banking.
- Opening and closing .
- Complete Return To Work Meetings along with over looking Fire Safety and Health and Safety
- Be an integral part of the team, available to assist salon staff as needed.
- Working alongside a team in a fast paste environment.
- Support our stylists and technicians in building and maintaining a loyal clientele.
- Deliver hospitality levels of service to all clients.
- Ensure unattended clients are taken care of and offer refreshments if requested.
- Ensure every client receives an authentic, relaxing, and top-tier hairdressing experience.
- Recommend products to clients to suit their hair needs.
- Always maintain the impeccable presentation of the salon.
