Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to oversee the smooth delivery of service at our busy location. Working closely with the catering and kitchen teams, you’ll ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome, exceptional service, and high-quality food presentation. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver excellence.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and dining area cleanliness
  • Ensure all hospitality events run smoothly and professionally
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback in a positive and proactive way
  • Support with ordering, stock control, and record keeping
  • Uphold all food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Experience in a front-of-house or customer service supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and people skills, with a positive and approachable manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and written
  • Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and allergen management procedures
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering a great customer experience

Additional Information

  • Rate Per Hour: £12.50
  • Hours Per Week: 37.5
