Are you passionate about fitness and thrive in dynamic environments? Do you want the opportunity to work at a brand new 1Rebel studio? If so, we have the perfect role for you! We are hiring for our newest 4 concept studio opening in December, 1Rebel Leadenhall (EC3).

As a Front of House, you will be an essential part of our Leadenhall team, bringing exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere to a brand new site within the company.

What we’re looking for:

  • Versatility: Working in a fast paced environment, within our new studio launching Reshape, Ride, Reformer & Reset
  • Stage Presence: Be the welcoming smile customers look forward to seeing when they enter the club; providing 10* customer service to new and returning customers & supporting on all enquiries 
  • Customer Focus: A passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive customer experience
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team, learning everything there is to know about the club + its customers
  • Communication: Communicate with teams + manager to effectively manage your time, with a co-operative attitude towards in-club teams, trainers, head office + customers
  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a professional attitude and experience

As a Front of House, no day will look the same, but you can expect to be undertaking the following responsibilities:

  • Greet & check-in every customer to their class
  • Conduct club tours for prospective members & proactively sell memberships or promotions
  • Opening + Closing clubs with an understanding of how to reconcile daily takings in club 
  • Deal with any customer queries in a timely and precise manner, escalating when appropriate
  • Ensure all club daily documents and tasks are completed and maintained
  • Sell and make high quality protein shakes, handling pre-ordered shakes and shakes purchased on the ground
  • Sell and promote retail 
  • Maintain clean, safe, functional club areas, including the changing rooms, wet areas, water station, bar area, club, retail and reception
  • Ready to jump in for last minute cover support

Requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong availability throughout December for training/studio set up for opening
  • Demonstrate outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Maintain professional behaviour working effectively as a team player
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to show empathy and keep calm
  • Proactive approach to work with the ability to prioritise work in fast-paced environments
  • Cooperative attitude towards the in-club team, trainers, head office and any contractors working on site
  • A passion for fitness and enjoyment of the club environment
