About the Role
This role owns the end-to-end management of a YouTube channel in French. The French YouTube Channel Voice Over Artist is responsible for strategy, localization, voiceover, editing, publishing, and performance tracking, ensuring the channel operates consistently and meets defined output and quality expectations.
What You’ll Do- Fully manage and operate the French YouTube channel end to end
- Translate and localize scripts accurately while preserving tone, intent, and educational value
- Record high-quality voiceovers in French
- Edit long-form videos and Shorts, or manage this process within an approved workflow
- Publish content according to the agreed monthly upload cadence
- Ensure consistency in branding, style, pacing, and audio quality
- Track basic performance metrics and flag risks or inconsistencies in delivery
- Maintain clear communication and accountability around deadlines and commitments
- Native-level fluency in French, with a strong command of tone, nuance, and storytelling.
- Proven experience managing YouTube channels or localized content with full end-to-end ownership.
- Comfort working with high autonomy, taking responsibility for strategy, execution, and delivery without close supervision.
- Ability to independently handle voiceover recording, basic to intermediate editing, publishing, and channel management, or to manage these workflows under a single point of accountability.
- Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and consistency when working against defined deadlines and output requirements.
- Clear understanding that language channels are operated to expand reach and impact rather than to maximize short-term profit.
- Openness to working under clearly defined performance metrics, publishing cadence, and accountability standards.
