Linklaters can only achieve its vision and ambition with the support of outstanding colleagues in our business.  As a Paralegal / Support Lawyer you can gain experience within a Magic Circle law firm, working in-house or in an alternative legal service provider environment. You will get experience working with Transactional team, as well as working closely with Linklaters clients, providing advice, training, assistance and offering exceptional client service.

Who are we looking for?

  • Paralegal / Support Lawyer preferably from a Commonwealth jurisdiction or Paralegal with at least 2+ years experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Transactional Banking or Corporate transactional field
  • Minimum educational requirements LPC/SQE/Foreign or UK Qualified
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Top academics only
  • Must present very well and be able to deal with very senior stakeholders, show resilience and be aware that long hours may be needed from time to time
  • The ideal candidate must perform well on attention to detail, work ethic and technical abilities
