【About The Role】

We are looking for a Brand Manager to oversee Furbo's brand presence in the UK market.

As our UK Brand Manager, you won't just be executing campaigns — you'll be the face and voice of Furbo in the UK. You'll own local brand-building from the ground up: forging partnerships, activating creators, validating campaigns with real consumers, and feeding the insights back to our global team to shape how Furbo shows up worldwide.

【What You’ll Do】

Local Execution — Own the UK Brand Presence

  • Lead and manage UK-specific partnerships, from pet brands and retailers to media outlets and community organisations
  • Build and manage a network of UK Influencers and content creators — identifying the right voices, briefing them effectively, and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Execute UK market validations for new product launches, campaigns, and messaging, ensuring global initiatives land with cultural relevance
  • Manage local PR and brand event activations as needed

Strategic Bridge — Connect HQ to the UK Market

  • Work closely with the Global Branding team at HQ to translate global brand strategy into locally resonant UK execution
  • Champion and roll out new creator workflows and brand content frameworks as they evolve at the global level
  • Collaborate hand-in-hand with Regional Leads to align brand activity with UK-specific growth targets and commercial priorities
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all UK touchpoints

Market Insight Loop — Be the Voice of the UK Consumer

  • Continuously gather and validate UK-specific consumer insights through community engagement, campaign observation, and direct feedback channels
  • Package and present actionable insights back to HQ to inform global campaign strategy, product messaging, and future launches
  • Monitor the UK competitive landscape — tracking competitor brand moves, cultural trends, and emerging creator niches in the pet space

【 Who You Are 】

  • 3–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a closely related field — ideally within consumer tech, pet care, lifestyle, or e-commerce
  • Proven experience managing creator/influencer programmes end-to-end, from identification and briefing to content review and performance evaluation
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, globally distributed team — you thrive with autonomy but know when to loop in HQ
  • Strong communicator who can translate local market nuance into clear, actionable briefs and reports for a global audience
  • AI-fluent marketer — you actively use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) to accelerate your workflow: from drafting briefs and researching creators to synthesising campaign insights and building first-draft reports faster
  • Deeply data-informed across all marketing channels — you're equally comfortable reading social analytics, paid media dashboards, email performance metrics, and e-commerce data to build a full picture of brand health and campaign impact
  • You don't just report numbers — you connect the dots across channels to surface what's actually driving (or blocking) growth, and translate that into clear recommendations
  • A genuine love for pets is a plus (Furbo owners make the best Furbo advocates)
  • Experience with UK consumer markets, media landscape, and creator ecosystems is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools and comfort working across time zones with HQ (Taipei, GMT+8)
