3-Month FTC Marketing Science Senior Analyst

Tribal Worldwide London are looking for an experienced Senior MKS Analyst to join the team on freelance basis from September until the end of December. This is a role with a focus around building dashboard building using Power BI. 

As a Marketing Science Senior Analyst, your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how marketing science fits in the big picture of a project. You bring in 2 to 5 years of experience, leading marketing science deliverables across forecasting and dashboard building projects. You have experience using data analytics to recommend solutions to improve Digital marketing performance, enjoy collaborating with others, and are capable of directly communicating business insights to clients through logical, easy to understand stories.

You will:

• Dashboarding: Design complex automated dashboards utilizing Power BI. Insuring Lead the preparation and delivery of weekly and monthly reports, providing clients with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Database Management: Develop and maintain datasets for forecasting dashboards using SQL and ensure data accuracy. Gather data through various third-party platforms and ensure compliance with data governance protocols.
• Support the MKS lead in defining a future roadmap for PowerBI builds and generate a data visualization and data engineering roadmap for enhancements.
• Support the MKS lead in managing ETL processes and scaling databases for data processing improvement.

You have:

• B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field, including but not limited to economics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, or information management or relevant work experience.
• Experience with Power BI and experience using data science for time series forecasting and data modelling.
• An understanding of data engineering best practices, specifically as they relate to PowerBI.
• Expertise in DAX, as well as another analytics-based programming language such as Python, R, or SQL. 
• Experience working with statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods.
• Data engineering/architecture: Experience with ETL techniques
• Experience in explaining / communicating complex statistical techniques to relevant stakeholders. 
• Machine Learning: Familiarity with machine learning models and techniques, preferred, but not required.
• Website: Experience with Google and/or Adobe Analytics, and with tag management platforms (e.g.: GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.), preferred, but not required.

This is a hybrid role, and you'll need to be able to travel to the London office based in Paddington.
