Location: London HQ (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)

Reports to: Digital Program Manager, Chief Customer Officer

What are we building?

An AI Email & Meeting Assistant that eliminates the admin burden for professionals in client-facing roles. Think sales, consultants, recruiters, people spend hours on emails, scheduling, and follow-ups. Fyxer AIl streamlines these tasks by understanding your inbox priorities, drafting replies in your own voice, and taking crisp meeting notes.

Role Objective

Design and deliver a scalable self-serve customer education system that improves onboarding, accelerates feature adoption, and reduces reliance on 1:1 support.

What you'll do

1. Customer Education & Onboarding

Target: All core product features covered by clear, self-serve onboarding content

  • Audit existing onboarding and education content

  • Define a clear onboarding journey by customer type

  • Create or refresh core onboarding guides and feature walkthroughs

  • Deliver a documented onboarding content framework

2. Knowledge Base & Learning Hub

Target: A clean, accurate, and discoverable knowledge base covering all high-priority support topics.

  • Audit and restructure the knowledge base (IA, tagging, discoverability)

  • Create or update priority help articles

  • Deliver content templates and maintenance guidelines

3. Masterclasses & Scalable Education

Target: Scalable education content that reduces repeat education requests.

  • Design and deliver onboarding, feature, and use-case masterclasses

  • Create reusable assets (slides, scripts, recordings)

  • Deliver a repeatable masterclass playbook

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong, user-focused writing and editing

  • High product curiosity and ability to deeply understand the product

  • Strong project ownership and delivery focus

  • Knowledge management fundamentals (IA, structure, discoverability)
