The Fraud Operations Specialist monitors accounts for fraudulent activity, conducts investigations, analyzes data using analytics tools, and prepares reports.
Description
Fraud Operations Specialist shall identify fraud in the system, as well as improve existing tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor player accounts and transactions to detect potentially fraudulent activity
- Conduct thorough investigations into fraud and suspicious activity, collect and analyze betting and gaming information
- Use data analytics tools to identify patterns and trends in fraudulent behavior across relevant platforms
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial losses due to fraud
- Prepare detailed reports and summary documents for the managerial staff and regulatory bodies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and arising from the duties of the position
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, or Data Science
- Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL is a must
- Advanced knowledge of English and Armenian languages, Russian is a plus
