About The Role
Requirements
We’re looking for a Framer Designer & Builder to lead the design and development of fast, modern marketing websites. The role requires someone with strong UI design skills and hands-on experience building fully responsive websites directly inside Framer. You’ll be responsible for turning brand direction into polished UI and then developing it into a functional, high-quality website without relying on developers.
What You'll Do- Design clean, modern UI for desktop and mobile pages in line with a defined brand direction
- Build full websites directly inside Framer using components, stacks, and responsive layouts
- Design UI that complements the UX, with layouts and hierarchy that support the user flow rather than distract from it
- Create reusable sections and layout systems for scalable design
- Set up Framer CMS collections, fields, and content structures
- Add interactions, transitions, and micro-animations
- Ensure responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Run QA to identify and fix layout issues across devices and browsers
- Prepare and publish websites, including domain setup and final launch checks
- Create light brand assets when needed (logo, color palette, typography)
Requirements
- Strong UI design skills with a modern, minimal aesthetic
- Ability to create UI that complements UX, ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and flow
- Proven experience building and publishing live Framer websites (must share links)
- Deep understanding of stacks, layout constraints, and component structure
- Ability to work quickly and independently without heavy supervision
- Solid attention to detail in spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience structuring CMS content inside Framer
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication skills
