We are looking for a talented FP&A Manager to work with leadership and partner with all areas of the business to support the growth and profitability of our business in a complex eCommerce environment. This position requires someone with very high personal and professional values, excellent judgment, and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time role based in London, U.K., reporting to the Finance Director for Europe and MENA.

What is a day in the life of an FP&A Manager?

  • Manage financial processes including: operating plan, financial forecasting, month end, performance planning and board reporting

  • Long-range plan modeling and processes

  • Assisting with managing of all finance processes across Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement

  • Continuous improvement on forecast accuracy, OKR’s and key reporting metrics

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or other related field

  • 3+ years of experience of relevant financial experience, including experience in FP&A

  • Excellent proficiency in corporate finance concepts

  •  Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

You will work across Business and Finance teams to advise, forecast, and report on performance. This role is critical to the business and the Finance team to support our rapid business growth in a responsible way.
