 What You’ll Take On

  • Lead and manage multiple FP&A system projects and partner closely with technology teams and business stakeholders
  • Drive automation of financial processes to drive efficiency and accuracy that will support decision-making across the organization. Works closely with the T2 technology teams to build out system capabilities.
  • Streamline the data collection and submission process for increased efficiency in the forecasting process
  • Collaborate with and assist label FP&A teams across the organization in providing timely and accurate forecasts. Serves as point of contact and viable resource for these teams to strengthen their processes.
  • Partner with the accounting team to obtain the latest understanding of relevant financial matters and accounting rules
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or relevant field of study is required
  • 8+ years corporate finance or other relevant experience
  • Must have excellent financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) required
  • Advanced Excel modeling and strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Proficiency with an enterprise planning system (Oracle Planning, Anaplan)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Proven ability to manage processes
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Must be a strong team player who is able to work collaboratively with all departments and levels within the company
  • Strong sense of urgency & able to perform well under pressure
  • Flexible to meet tight deadlines
  • Self-starter, quick learner, proactive and highly motivated
  • Eager to “get in the weeds” and pitch in with data mining and validation

 Great to Have

  • Experience with Oracle EPM Planning
  • FP&A Systems implementation experience

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $114,400 and $169,300 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
