Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
  • Manages a small to medium team of senior professionals. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline. May require strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.
  • Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Work is subject to functional policy objectives. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. High levels of evaluative judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Required Qualifications

  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires significant experience in the Finance & FP&A Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • For roles in USA - Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience and progressive responsibility in FP&A, Controllership, or Cost Management
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing aspects of Income Statement
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading geographically diverse team

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $169,500.00 and $282,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
