As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.

What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!

Your responsibilities will including the preparation and analysis of consolidated results for board reporting and budget packs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to manage headcount, staff costs and corporate spend, while also supporting M&A activity and cashflow modelling. If you enjoy turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and collaborating across teams to support strategic decision-making, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, a performance related bonus and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to manage headcount, staff costs and divisional spend, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Prepare and analyse consolidated results for board reporting and budget packs, showcasing your financial insights and expertise
  • Own the cashflow modelling and update all forecasts and budgets, helping the business stay on track financially

What you’ll bring to the role

You'll need to be a qualified accountant with strong finance experience, exceptional Excel modelling skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

  • Exceptional Excel modelling skills to build robust and scalable spreadsheets, making data work for you
  • Excellent influencing skills to manage relationships at all levels, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication
  • A critical eye for detail to quickly identify key issues and provide high quality financial insights beyond standard reporting
  • The ability to juggle conflicting priorities, manage expectations and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • A qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA), ready to bring your financial insights to the table
