About Elyos AI

We’re building the next generation of customer service with AI Agents. Our agents answer calls, reply to emails and WhatsApp messages, make bookings, take payments, and operate the CRM in the same way a human would.

We founded Elyos in June 2023 and took part in the Y Combinator S23 batch. Our founders spent four months in San Francisco living and breathing AI. Since then, we’ve been growing revenue ~30% month on month and shipping fast. It’s been wild so far - and we’re just getting started. We recently raised a $13m series A to turbocharge our growth.

You’ll be Elyos’s first Product Marketer, helping trades businesses understand, buy and adopt our AI agents. You’ll own positioning, launches and sales enablement, alongside performance marketing to generate qualified pipeline.

You’ll work closely with Pip (CEO) on GTM, Panos (CTO) and the product team on releases, and sales on what converts.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll write the copy, build the decks and run the campaigns. As Elyos grows, the function grows with you.

What you’ll do
  • Own positioning and messaging: make it clear who Elyos is for, what we replace and why we win, across our website, product and sales conversations.

  • Lead product launches: plan releases, prepare sales and measure adoption and commercial impact.

  • Build sales enablement: create pitch decks, demos, battlecards, ROI calculators and case studies that help close deals.

  • Run performance marketing: own paid campaigns across relevant channels, testing audiences, creative and landing pages to generate qualified leads.

  • Measure and improve results: manage campaign budgets and track conversion, cost per qualified lead and pipeline contribution with sales.

  • Understand customers and competitors: run interviews, listen to calls and analyse wins and losses to sharpen messaging and inform Product.

  • Use AI tools daily: move quickly while keeping messaging accurate and credible.

What you’ll bring
  • B2B software product marketing experience in a sales-led business, ideally building the function from scratch.

  • Ownership of product launches, from positioning and internal readiness through to adoption.

  • The ability to explain complex products clearly to busy, non-technical buyers.

  • Sales materials and customer research that have made a measurable difference.

  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns, testing creative and landing pages, and measuring pipeline impact.

  • Confidence working directly with founders, challenging assumptions and making decisions with limited structure.

Useful but not required
  • Experience marketing to SMBs or owner-operated businesses, especially trades or field services.

  • Experience with voice, conversational or agentic AI.

  • Experience in an early-stage startup.

How we work
  • Five days onsite in London.

  • A hands-on builder role, with scope to build a team over time.

  • Plenty of ownership and limited marketing infrastructure. You’ll help define what good looks like.

Perks & Benefits
  • 💸 Competitive salary & equity - we are building together, we win together

  • 💪 Wellhub Gold subscription - access 1000's of gyms and health related activities (inc. GymBox, 1Rebel, F45 etc)

  • 📚 AI-focused learning & development - stay ahead of the curve.
