Join Nexcade AI as a Founding Product Engineer to build agentic AI systems that automate exception-heavy logistics workflows. Reporting to the CTO, you will own customer-facing product development, bridging the gap between sophisticated LLM orchestration and real-world operations. What you will do:
Prototype and iterate on AI-driven automation workflows, converting complex email threads and WhatsApp negotiations into structured procurement data.
Build and maintain full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and Python while ensuring high performance and scalability in cloud environments.
Partner directly with customers and founders to translate operational pain points into technical solutions, maintaining a focus on usability and user experience.
The ideal candidate:
Has 4-8 years of experience shipping production-grade systems at high-growth tech companies, preferably with exposure to LLM orchestration or agentic systems.
Demonstrates high agency and a "first principles" mindset, having previously worked in early-stage environments or led 0-to-1 product initiatives.
Possesses strong proficiency in modern stacks including React, TypeScript, Python, and Temporal, with a deep intuition for user-centric product design.
