We’re growing revenue like crazy and looking to bring on a founding product designer to help shape the future of our product as we scale rapidly. We are very excited about the potential for AI to change the world, and work out of our SF office 5 days a week.

The TeamThe founders (Catheryn and Zach) met while running software teams at YC, where they shipped tons of new products for YC founders, including YC’s co-founder matching site. Cat previously worked at Instagram and Facebook and earned degrees in math and computer science at MIT. Zach previously studied computer science and statistics at U Chicago and led software at PEAK6. We have grown into a strong team of 8 and are continuing to scale quickly

4+ years of relevant product design experience.
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent product thinking and polished interaction + visual design.
Experience designing complex products, workflows, or tools.
A customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Curiosity and excitement about AI and the future of human-AI interaction.
Experience at an early-stage startup or in a founding/first designer role.
Experience designing technical, AI, or B2B products.
Strong UX research skills (qualitative, customer interviews, rapid prototyping).
Comfort with basic front-end concepts or collaborating closely with engineers.
Interest in the design challenges around conversational AI, speech UX, or agent-driven interfaces.
