Join as the founding marketing lead for a consumer healthcare brand clinically proven to outperform the global market leader. Backed by experienced D2C operators and former industry executives, you will build the entire marketing function from scratch, owning performance, creative, and retention to launch a revolutionary dental product in 2026.

What you will do:

• Own the full customer lifecycle, including Shopify ecosystem management, CRM strategy, and data-driven retention loops.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of scaling a D2C subscription brand from early-stage to significant revenue on constrained budgets.

• Deep technical expertise in performance marketing, capable of managing accounts directly rather than just overseeing agencies.

• A high-intensity founder's mentality, thriving in an in-person, Camden-based environment with an ambitious 2026 launch timeline.
