About us:

Hightouch’s mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data. Hundreds of companies, including Autotrader, Calendly, Cars.com, Monday.com, and PetSmart, trust Hightouch to power their growth.

We pioneered the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), which lets companies use their own data warehouse to collect, prepare, and activate customer data for marketing personalization and business operations. Our new AI Decisioning platform goes a step further,  allowing marketers to set goals and guardrails that AI agents can then use to personalize 1:1 customer interactions. Traditionally, only technical teams had the skills to access and use customer data. With Hightouch, every business user can deliver personalized customer experiences, optimize performance marketing, and move faster by leveraging data and AI across their organization.

Our team focuses on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We approach challenges with a first-principles mindset, move quickly and efficiently, and treat each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.

What else? We’re based in San Francisco but have team members all over the world. Our Series C put us at a $1.2B valuation, and we are backed by leading investors such as Sapphire Ventures, Amplify Partners, ICONIQ Growth, Bain Capital Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Afore Capital.

About the Role:

Hightouch is growing fast—and we're looking for our first Global Business Recruiter to help fuel that momentum. As we expand into international markets, this is a rare opportunity to be the first recruiter on the ground and play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy, brand, and presence in a new region. You'll have the autonomy to build from the ground up and the support of a team that values creativity, speed, and big thinking.

We don’t believe in playing it safe when it comes to hiring. Standing out is essential to attracting top talent and that means being bold, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of the competition. We’re building a recruiting engine that balances high quality with high volume, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with our hiring managers, act as a true thought partner, and be relentless about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. If you’re someone who loves solving problems collaboratively, cares deeply about building diverse and inclusive teams, and wants to have fun while doing it, we’d love to meet you.

Who we are looking for:
  • You are excited about being part of the foundational recruiting team - you are ready to help build processes, implement programs, and achieve strong results by being resourceful.
  • You are deeply motivated by being a strategic partner to the organization. You will help define hiring needs by looking at projected growth, team structure and current talent trends.
  • Your efforts include: defining talent needs, sourcing and prescreening candidates, partnering with hiring managers, insuring a smooth and fluid process, and identifying closing strategies for offers.
  • You proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible.
  • You want to change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment.
About You
  • Ideally 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, but I care less about "years of experience" and more about the impact and results of your work. I believe you can have 3 years of recruiting experience and be stronger than someone with 10.
  • You have partnered with Go-To-Market Leaders successfully and hired across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Post Sales
  • You are a strong driver of the hiring manager/recruiter relationship and are able to build a strong and trustworthy partnership.
  • You have a proven track record for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through all channels (sourcing, referrals, inbound).
  • You’re able to juggle various roles at once and you use creative strategies to build a consistent, humming pipeline.
  • You thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment.
  • You are creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done.
  • You are based in London and can be in the office 2 days a week.
