As the Founding Engineer at Marloo, you will architect and build a hyper-specialized AI system of record for financial advisers. You'll move from 0-1, establishing foundational code patterns and influencing the entire product roadmap. This role is a unique opportunity to lead technical development for a platform transforming how families make critical life decisions.

What you will do:
Build and own core product features end-to-end, working across the full stack from backend infrastructure to polished frontend experiences.
Collaborate directly with founders to translate user needs into technical solutions while utilizing modern AI tools for rapid architecting and debugging.
Navigate 0-1 development cycles to reach product-market fit, ensuring security infrastructure and data privacy compliance are built-in from day one.
The ideal candidate:
Demonstrates excellence in full-stack or backend coding with a bias toward shipping fast and a deep proficiency in modern AI development tools.
Possesses strong business acumen and product intuition, with the ability to navigate the high-risk and ambiguous environment of an early-stage startup.
Prioritizes in-person collaboration in London and maintains a long-term mindset focused on customer impact and transforming the financial advisory industry.
