We’re backed by Techstars and building the future of payments in the UK. Now, we’re looking for an Account Executive to help us scale by bringing on high-growth Shopify Plus & enterprise e-commerce brands.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from outreach to closing deals—with mid-market and enterprise e-commerce brands. You’ll work closely with the founders and have a direct impact on FAM’s growth.

Your Mission:

  • Drive merchant adoption – Outbound prospecting of new e-commerce brands to offer FAM to their customers, focusing on high-GMV brands (£1M+).

  • Sell to founders & decision-makers – Engage with CEOs, CFOs, and Heads of E-commerce at high-growth brands.

  • Refine & scale our sales playbook – We’re a startup. You’ll test, iterate, and optimize what works in closing deals.

  • Use data & insights to sell – Show brands how FAM increases their retention and boosts lifetime value.

  • Be strategic – Identify high-value merchants, leverage warm introductions, and develop a strong pipeline.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or SaaS).

  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding quotas.

  • Experience selling to e-commerce brands is a plus (Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, or similar).

  • Ability to sell to founders & C-level execs – Confidence in high-level, strategic sales conversations.

  • Startup mindset – You’re scrappy, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong outbound skills – You’re comfortable with cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills – You know how to handle objections and drive urgency.
