About Doccla

Doccla is a leading virtual care company transforming how healthcare is delivered across the UK and Europe. We partner with over 60% of the NHS and health systems in Europe to deliver proactive virtual care that improves outcomes, reduces admissions, and frees up clinical capacity.

We serve patients across the entire care continuum, enabling one partner to support patients through proactive management, remote monitoring, and virtual ward care. This allows clinicians to identify rising-risk patients early, manage deterioration proactively, and enable earlier discharge and recovery at home.

The Role

The Founders' Associate works directly with the CEO to fix how the company runs. When information is scattered across fifteen Google Docs, you build the one place it should live. When a process falls between teams and no one owns it, you take it and sort it out. When a team is drowning in manual work, you build the tool that removes it.

It suits someone who spots the real bottleneck and goes after it, without waiting to be asked. You will report into the CEO and work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team.

What you own
  • Internal AI enablement. Get the whole company using AI where it actually helps. Find the tasks that eat the most time across teams, show people how to build their own fixes, and build the workflows yourself where it's faster to just do it.

  • Cross-team initiatives. Take on the least-defined problems on the CEO's desk - scope them, build the plan, pull in the right people and see them through.

  • Company information architecture. Sort out how information, decisions and documents move through Doccla, so handovers are clean and there's one reliable place to find things instead of fifteen. This also becomes the foundation our AI tools rely on.

  • The founder's right hand. Support with board meetings, company all-hands, and management meetings, providing the senior leadership team with the space to make important decisions.

Who you are
  • You are AI-native and can build. You ship code and you ship agents. You prototype the thing instead of writing a memo about the thing.

  • You think in systems. You see the company as inputs, bottlenecks and outputs, and you go after the bottleneck.

  • High agency, low ego. You care about the result and take the initiative to solve a problem without being told to do it. You will do the unglamorous job if it is the one that matters.

  • You believe in the mission. We are a group of individuals who are passionate about transforming healthcare delivery at scale. We move fast and we are kind to each other.
