Join LightWork AI as a Founder's Associate and force multiplier, working directly with the CEO and co-founder to scale a $10B vision. You will drive Series A fundraising, manage enterprise accounts with over 50,000 units, and lead strategic business intelligence. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI and the £350bn property market.

What you will do:
Lead Series A fundraising operations, including managing the data room, creating investor materials, and coordinating due diligence.
Support enterprise sales and account management for Tier-1 property managers overseeing 50,000+ units.
Execute strategic business intelligence projects, including weekly performance reviews, competitive landscape analysis, and CEO leverage briefs.
The ideal candidate:
1–5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB), venture capital, or as a founder/early startup employee.
Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of finishing complex projects and driving commercial results.
Highly ambitious individual comfortable working 5 days a week in-person in London to drive rapid company growth.
