The Delegated Functions team operates a key role within the front office as an expert in achieving operational excellence.

While targeting substantial growth, it can only happen if a solid team manages, operates, and controls the entry and lifecycle of operations executed by traders and sales.

This is close relationship with Trading/Sales in FO but also with BO. It will be at the forefront of digitalizing and automating those tasks to enable growing volume and reduce operationa risk.

About the job:

Support the GM Sales & Trading Desks on any delegated activity. Booking, events management, interface issues, ensure trades are correct in all Front office systems.

Very important develop internal tools to automate daily tasks.

Main task:

  • Support the Emerging Market and Credit delegated functions team in London.

  • Assisting in the resolution of incidents with Operations teams.

  • Profit & Loss daily reports

  • Post-trade support

  • Process client allocations, resolve discrepancies

  • Trade capture and validation of a number of financial instruments deals including FX, Bonds & IRS.

  • Improve processes

Qualifications:

  • Academic background in Economics or Accounting & Finance

  • Knowledge in the execution and transformation of processes and programming skills (Visual Basic, SQL, Python)

  • Knowledge of the different programs that we use in our day-to-day, such as Murex, Bloomberg, JBPM

  • English C1/C2

  • Spanish C1/C2
