Equity Flow derivatives is a well established franchise , as part of the Investment Solutions, sits within the Global Markets unit, focusing on the deliver of the Flow Equity solutions to in institutional clients.

About the job:

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to join our Flow Equity Derivatives Sales team. This individual will be responsible for enlarging our presence in the institutional market with our equity derivatives and light exotics products, with a key focus on Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Institutional clients across the UK and Europe. This role demands a proven track record of revenue growth, a deep understanding of the equity derivatives market, and a client-first approach.

  • Join the Flow Equity Derivatives Sales team, developing strategic sales initiatives for equity derivatives and light exotics products.

  • Focus on expanding business within key client segments, with a particular focus on diversifying from currently Volatility and Dispersion account base into more Directional accounts across global markets in UK and Europe.

  • Leverage extensive industry knowledge to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients whilst identifying new revenue opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored derivatives products, capitalizing on market trends and client needs.

  • Ensure continued revenue growth by leveraging existing resources effectively, relationship management, and market expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in equity derivatives sales, with a demonstrated history of leading teams and delivering double-digit revenue growth.

  • Proven expertise in marketing equity derivatives, light exotics, and structured products to hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional clients.

  • In-depth understanding of global financial markets, with a particular focus on equity derivatives, exotic products, and their application to client portfolios.

  • Strong track record of working across regions, including the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results through collaboration and strategic vision.

  • Advanced understanding of trading strategies, structuring derivative solutions, and execution of equity derivative transactions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages such as German and French are a plus).

  • MBA (or equivalent) or related experience.
