We have an exciting, rare opportunity for a Flight Services Executive to join the team here in our Surbiton HQ. With customer service at the forefront of everything we do, this is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a customer facing role to support the sales team in ensuring all private charters go off without a hitch! 

Job Description

  • Act as the liaison between brokers, airlines, clients and suppliers
  • Preparing flight briefs for clients 
  • Ensuring proper handover to brokers, airlines and operations
  • Overseeing flight departures and flight riding on board charters
  • Accurate data entry, logging of flight times
  • Report and maintain information about flight updates and issues
  • Complete flight documents for confirmed charters
  • Updating the customers and brokers on the progress of the flight when necessary
  • Resolving problems when necessary in the pre-flight arrangements, during the flight itself and during any post-flight work that needs to be completed

Qualifications

About you 

  • Previous experience working in a customer facing role is essential
  • Aviation or airport experience is desired 
  • Fluency in a second language is desirable
  • Eligible to frequently travel, often at late notice
  • Full UK driver's license
  • Deliver high quality of service
  • Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Ability to meet deadlines and problem solving skills
  • Ambition, drive and self-motivation
  • Friendly, personable and empathetic
  • A hard-working team player

Additional Information

Starting salary of £30,000 per annum 

  • 22 days’ holiday per year, increasing to 25 after 1 years service & with length of service
