- Daily review and Management of transfer exception reports and MI.
- Prompt identification and investigation of transfer related exceptions; Manage stock reconciliation team and client services with any ongoing transfer investigations; prioritisation of tasks for completion and/or escalation.
- Manage timely completion and submission of relevant reports and MI, as and when required.
- Oversee all operations processes
Relationship Management
- Ensure all relationships are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Build excellent long-term relationships with clients
- Responding to clients’ needs in a solution oriented manner;
- Foster awareness of client satisfaction with product offering and delivery.
- Collaborate across internal teams to address any required significant service improvements
Requirements
- Strong Client Relationship Management skills
- Critical evaluation and problem solving.
- Communication skills.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to learn quickly, with a positive and proactive attitude to change.
- Good Microsoft office skills, specifically Excel
- Financial Services Operations Management experience
- ISA, JISA & LISA administrative knowledge and experience
- Teamworking
