Your role will operate within the Growth team at Finimize, where we are dedicated to driving subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention through cutting-edge marketing strategies and creative executions. Our Growth Marketing team is at the forefront of delivering impactful digital campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results.

About the Role

We are on the hunt for a Growth Marketing Designer to join the Growth team at Finimize. In this high-impact role, you will own the design direction and execution that brings Finimize marketing to life across digital ads, email, push notifications, in-app content, web landing pages, and all other digital touchpoints.

As an empathetic designer, you'll tap into breaking trends and sentiment to deliver bold, impactful creative that meets both brand and performance goals, directly driving subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Execution:

  • Design high-quality and compelling performance and growth marketing assets across social ads, email, display, website, landing pages, and other touchpoints to attract, engage, and retain new subscribers.

  • Own the Growth Marketing design direction and output, synthesizing audience insights and current trends into creative strategies that deliver high-quality assets that convert audiences into subscribers.

Testing & Optimisation:

  • Test and optimise concepts to identify winning emotional triggers across different audiences and funnel stages, building authenticity, authority, and brand love.

  • Ideate, conceptualise, design, and execute creatives, including static, graphic, and motion assets across lo-fi, polished, and UGC deliverables.

Brand Identity & Collaboration:

  • Translate and reinforce brand identity, personality, and tone of voice into engaging and performance-driving marketing collateral.

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, Design, and Content teams to leverage insights and data-driven approaches to designing assets and campaigns that acquire, engage, and retain subscribers.

Innovation & Trend Awareness:

  • Keep your finger on the pulse of design trends, injecting innovation and freshness into marketing collateral that breaks moulds and delivers industry-leading creative executions.

  • Continuously seek out opportunities to challenge, improve, and refine our design process.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Performance marketing, growth marketing, or UA creative marketing design experience essential for a high-growth scale-up.

  • Proven track record of delivering performance-focused creative across Instagram, Google, TikTok, display, Email, In-App, UGC, and emerging ad platforms.

  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to get to the heart of a creative idea.

  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with some experience in Webflow preferred.

  • Ability to demonstrate an original and artistic creative flair, with an exceptional eye for detail.

  • Experience creating beautiful and highly converting landing pages.
