 We are seeking a Constant/senior consultant who specializes in the Financial Services & Insurance domain. This role is pivotal in leading large scale complex transformation initiatives in banking (retail, commercial, payments, lending) and Insurance (underwriting, claims)

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and contribute to large-scale transformation programmes, aligning with both client goals and industry best practices.

·       3 - 6 years of experience working in both banking and insurance projects with deep understanding of customer journeys, process flows, business value realization.

·       Build and manage relationship with senior stakeholders, SMEs influencing decision-making in line with business goals.

·       Create target operating model, blueprint, roadmap, design and implement programmes managing alignment across people, process, technology, and business objectives.

·       Great presentation skill, advanced excel analysis and power BI reporting skills

·       Process mapping, process reengineering, create process maps

·       Own, define and manage programme plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, budget oversight, status reporting, ensure programme deliverables adhere to the agreed governance and risk framework.

·       Implement effective change management strategies to promote adoption of new processes and technologies within client organizations.

·       Deep knowledge of project management both waterfall and agile delivery, able to liaise between business and tech, drive complex projects

·       Able to define and prioritize technical requirements, scoping, project planning, in context to agile delivery create and maintain product backlog, epics, features, user-stories

·       Drive PI Planning, big-room planning workshops, sprint planning, work closely with cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams.

·       Be the conduit between technical delivery team and business product owners and work closely with business analysts, solution architects, designers, developers, and quality engineers with an agile, iterative approach using design thinking to foster innovation.

·       Good understanding of latest technologies, regulatory developments, and best practices in financial services & insurance space.

·       Contribute to sales proposals, Request for Proposal RFP responses and client pitches

·       Great team player

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM or a related field. MBA is preferred. Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum)

·       At least 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role within management consulting, with substantial experience in the Financial Services & insurance industry.

Other Key Requirements:

·       a good understanding of industry drivers, regulations, challenges, and market trends with Key domain knowledge across:

o   Banking - Lending, Payments, commercial and retail banking, Onboarding / KYC, AML/Fraud, Fin crime, Business Banking, capital markets etc.

o   Insurance: P&C Insurance, Reinsurance, Risk Management, Life or General Insurance with experience in underwriting, claims etc.

  • General financial management skills, financial analysis, gained within both commercial and/or not-for-profit organisations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, ability to compile and manipulate data to support reporting.
  • Innovation in both sales and delivery.
  • Proven ability to shape propositions and projects that deliver effective business outcomes for clients whilst managing internal commercial and delivery risk.
  • Excellent people skills and a great team player
