What you’ll do as an FP&A Specialist:

  • Produce monthly performance reporting for a multi‑site UK network, helping the business understand key revenue and cost drivers.

  • Partner with operational teams to review, analyse and explain variances against budget, forecast and prior year, offering insight that informs decision making.

  • Use business intelligence tools to generate clear, meaningful insight for Finance Business Partners.

  • Provide data, trend analysis and commentary for Monthly Performance Dashboards and Trading Reviews.

  • Prepare weekly revenue and cost flash estimates, highlighting expected outcomes and risks at month end.

  • Support the FP&A team with the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long‑term strategic plans.

  • Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis, gathering data, validating assumptions and building models and reports for senior stakeholders.

  • Assist the Regional Finance Controller with quarterly inventory counts, including attendance at selected depot locations.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance role with strong analytical responsibilities and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting financial reporting cycles, developing financial models, analysing trends and contributing to forecasting processes.

  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance audiences.

  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Comfortable operating within a global, geographically dispersed business.
