The Opportunity
The ING Financial Markets Graduate Programme provides young talent the opportunity to learn more about Financial Markets Sales and Trading operations. The aim of this programme is to upskill talent and prepare you for future roles in our organisation. During the programme you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day role as a salesperson or trader on different desks.

The total duration of the programme is 12 months. During the first few weeks you will receive, together along with the other graduates, initial training to introduce you to ING, Financial Markets and the regulatory, legal and compliance components of your job.

After this, you will start your first rotation, being assigned to either a Sales or Trading desk within Financial Markets. In total you will do (at least) 2 rotations. Also, a senior member from within Financial Markets will be assigned to you as your designated mentor, who will not only guide you during day-to-day tasks, but will also coach you professionally throughout the programme.
