Deliver great service. Make a real impact!

At TD SYNNEX, we’re looking for a Financial Analyst who takes pride in delivering exceptional service to colleagues across the business. You’ll support accurate and compliant financial reporting while managing a wide variety of operational finance tasks - from vendor onboarding to payroll processing to maintaining core governance documentation. If you’re highly organised, detail‑driven, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with lots of moving parts, this role gives you the chance to make a meaningful impact.

We’re not here to sell you a job. We’re here to invite you into a culture that values curiosity, celebrates diverse perspectives, and believes that great leadership starts with listening.

If you’re passionate about collaboration, building strong relationships, and delivering results with accountability and clear communication, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

Here’s a list of some of our perks but what really sets us apart is the way we work together. We’re big on trust, transparency, and making space for moments that matter.

  • Hybrid working.
  • Private healthcare, matched pension, enhanced parental & family leave.
  • “Moments that matter” paid time off (yes, even for your pet’s birthday).
  • Four Business Resource Groups supporting inclusion and belonging.
  • Clear progression paths and benchmarked salaries.
  • Sustainability – we’re building a greener future. We’ve reduced energy consumption in our UK offices by 19.2% year on year – it’s not just a goal, it’s a commitment.
  • A culture that values every voice and celebrates diverse perspectives.
  • These values drive everything we do; they’re not just posters on the wall:
    • Own it
    • Grow and Win
    • Dare to Go
    • Do the Right Thing

We believe that when our values guide our actions, we build stronger teams, deeper relationships, and a future full of possibility.

We’re proud to be a Disability Confident employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, just ask.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role blends finance administration, control governance, and service‑focused support across the business. Tasks are varied throughout the month so staying organised is key.

  • Record payroll transactions received from HR into SAP.
  • Maintain the authority and responsibility matrix for the UK & Ireland, ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date documentation.
  • Process period‑end invoices and carry out inventory price adjustments.
  • Prepare selected financial reports that contribute to the month‑end close.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoice and purchase order approvers.
  • Act as the local representative for invoice processing and vendor onboarding.
  • Support teams across the business with navigating systems and onboarding new vendors.
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations and manual journal entries in line with internal controls.
  • Stay on top of multiple recurring monthly activities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Adapt to new tools and systems as they are introduced in a continually evolving environment.
  • Build strong working relationships with local stakeholders and the Shared Service Centre.

What You’ll Bring

This role is ideal for someone who has built solid experience in finance teams, particularly in larger organisations, and who enjoys operational finance work with lots of variety.

  • Strong experience working within a finance function.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Highly organised, able to manage many recurring tasks across the month without losing track.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, structured approach.
  • Experience with multiple finance systems and the ability to pick up new tools quickly.
  • SAP knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks, but motivated by the variety of having many different responsibilities over the course of a month.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to keep many moving pieces in order simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and remote finance teams.

If you’re excited by the idea of strengthening financial governance while contributing to a team built on trust and collaboration, apply now and let’s do great things together.
