Position Summary
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for financial analyst who will have the overall responsibility for the commercial financial analysis for Libya, Sudan, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Palestine, and Lebanon. This role provides insightful and value adding analysis and recommendations to the CFM, North Africa sales Director, and CFO. As a key member of the finance function, he is responsible for driving the commercial financial forecasting, actual, and sustainable profitable growth.
Position Key Responsibilities
• Co-owning the Cluster P&L and driving the right commercial decisions to ensure budget delivery.
• Leading the drumbeat on critical commercial routines (e.g., Performance Review, Commercial Commitment, Commercial budget sign-off).
• Develop the price structure and margin statements to ensure profitable growth.
• Analyzing and providing insights into performance and execution of commercial strategies.
• Leading projects to drive commercial growth initiatives and continuous improvement of our routines (e.g., execution of pricing strategy, trade investment/ promo planning and optimization).
• Being the Business Partner to the North Africa Commercial team.
• Being the Finance face to our external partners for your Cluster, liaising between the controls team and the distributors, and ensuring healthy relation between both parties.
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate reporting and financial forecast.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, and internal control rules and manage internal audits.
• Showing strong ownership of the results and a clear understanding of the drivers and focus needed.
Qualifications
• Education: bachelor's degree in finance
• Work Experience: 3 - 4 years in financial analysis
• Language Knowledge: Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
Technical Skills
• Advanced level in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of Power BI.
• CMA part 1 is a plus. Soft Skills
