The Role

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst - GTM  to join our team! This role is focused on providing key financial insights that support the strategy for our Sales and Marketing departments. Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, or the surrounding metro areas. Employees are not required to work in the office on a regular cadence, but in-office attendance is encouraged.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in developing and executing GTM strategies by executing financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation that guide key business decisions.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership and the Strategic Finance team to develop financial and operational plans that align with company goals.
  • Support Sales and Marketing forecasting, budgeting, and planning by developing and maintaining financial models in our planning system (we use Pigment).
  • Build and maintain internal reporting on key metrics relevant to Sales and Marketing performance and initiatives.
  • Analyze customer segmentation and drivers of customer lifetime value to provide recommendations that optimize retention and revenue growth.
  • Evaluate channel performance through financial analysis, including assessing payback periods, customer acquisition costs, and ROAS.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate new business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field, with a focus on GTM strategies.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Experience analyzing sales funnel stages and building clear, effective reporting on performance.
  • Proficiency in financial planning systems, dashboarding in BI tools, SQL, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex findings into clear, easy-to-understand insights for senior management.
  • Experience navigating large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
