What You’ll Do:

CoreWeave’s GTM Finance team is a critical partner to our rapidly growing Sales organization. We work at the intersection of finance, sales, operations, and strategy to ensure deals are structured thoughtfully, accurately, and in a way that drives sustainable long-term growth. As we scale, our team is focused on building repeatable processes, enabling high-velocity decision-making, and ensuring our sales partners can deliver best-in-class client experiences. Our dual mandate is to accelerate revenue and maintain the financial integrity of deals.

About the role:

In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to Account Executives, Account Managers, and Revenue leadership, offering support in structuring and evaluating commercial proposals. You’ll dig deep into deal economics, model financial outcomes, and creatively problem-solve to find paths that align customer needs with CoreWeave’s strategic and financial objectives. Your day-to-day will include reviewing pricing requests, building financial models, evaluating P&L impacts, and guiding the sales team with clear, actionable insights. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role where curiosity, persistence, and rigorous attention to detail are essential.

Who You Are:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in deal desk, financial analysis, sales finance, FP&A, investment banking, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including the ability to build and interpret P&Ls, scenario models, and margin analyses
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise, and actionable guidance
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pricing tools
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to assess trade-offs and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple competing priorities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred: (if applicable)

  • Experience supporting sales organizations or working with customer-facing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and structure commercial contracts, pricing proposals, or non-standard deal term
  • Exposure to revenue recognition concepts or cross-functional work with Legal and Accounting teams
  • Experience in a cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure-as-a-service environment
  • Familiarity with GPU-based compute, cloud economics, or infrastructure-related cost drivers
  • Prior experience creating or improving deal desk processes, approval workflows, or pricing frameworks

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

  • You love to creatively solve problems and work through complex challenges
  • You’re curious about what drives a deal’s economics and enjoy digging into the details
  • You’re persistent — you keep pushing to find “how to get to yes” while balancing risk and reward
  • You’re an expert in simplifying complexity and communicating clearly with cross-functional stakeholders
  • You take pride in delivering exceptional service to your internal business partners
  • You find energy in fast-moving environments and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity
