Your background
Level 4 qualified (minimum) with a strong track record of advising clients.
Deep knowledge of UK financial planning frameworks and FCA standards.
Passion for giving great advice and making it accessible to more people.
Tech-friendly and excited about hybrid models (human + AI support).
Collaborative, client-first, and motivated by impact over ego.
