Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This individual will initially focus on GTM (Go-To-Market) FP&A and will transition into a corporate FP&A role within 3 to 6 months. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing financial models and systems, alongside excellent communication skills. This role is essential in driving financial insight and supporting decision-making at both the GTM and corporate levels.

We are happy to meet you in Brno (Czechia) or Bratislava (Slovakia), where our headquarters is located or or you can work from home from Central and East Europe on a full time basis. Your salary starts from 2 500 EUR gross/month based on your seniority level (this is applicable only for Slovakia) with restricted stock units and other benefits included.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support the GTM / Corporate FP&A function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and manage financial performance, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Transition smoothly into corporate FP&A, taking on broader responsibilities such as overall company financial planning and analysis & planning tool support.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data, systems, and reporting processes.
  • Communicate complex financial data and insights clearly to key stakeholders across departments.
  • Support financial system improvements and help implement best practices to optimize financial processes.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and recommend actionable strategies for business optimization.


Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or in a similar FP&A role.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, financial systems, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with financial planning systems (ideally Adaptive) and tools is a plus.
