We are growing our team across Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK), and Bucharest (RO) and are looking for talented professionals to join us! Long story short, you will
As Finance Transformation Manager your will play a strategic role in driving the digitalization and automation of finance operations. This position goes beyond systems implementation—it’s about transforming how the finance function operates by leveraging technology, streamlining processes, and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial operations. You'll combine strong finance and accounting expertise with technical know-how to bridge the gap between finance and IT, leading automation and integration initiatives across our tools and platforms.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

Finance Process Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate routine finance tasks (e.g., invoicing, reconciliations, reporting) and enhance workflow efficiency

Systems Optimization & Integration: Collaborate with Tech, BI, and other teams to improve system integrations (ERP, CRM, etc.) and support seamless finance operations.

Finance Digitalization Strategy: Drive finance digital transformation by aligning technology with operational needs and leading continuous system improvements.

ERP & Tools Management: Oversee and optimize finance tools like Business Central, PayHawk, and Power Query, aligning systems with reporting and process needs.

Data & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and support the development of real-time dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Finance, Tech, and other departments to solve process challenges with scalable, tech-driven solutions.

Training & Support: Provide system training and support to finance users, acting as a subject matter expert.

Compliance & Audit: Ensure strong internal controls and compliance, supporting audits with relevant documentation and insights.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise :

5+ years of experience in finance process transformation and tech-enabled improvements.

Solid understanding of IFRS, financial operations, and compliance.

Proven track record in implementing and integrating finance systems and automation tools.

Practical experience with ERP systems (Business Central preferred), reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), and finance automation.

Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Zoho) and project tools (e.g., Monday.com).

Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and delivering scalable solutions.

Strong communicator with the ability to bridge finance and tech requirements.

Collaborative approach with the ability to engage stakeholders across departments.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

Bonus: Experience with SQL, VBA, or other automation tools.
