Are you a finance systems expert with a passion for driving change and innovation? We’re looking for a Finance Systems Specialist to be part of our exciting transformation, shaping the future of our finance systems as we continue to grow.
In this pivotal role, you'll use your deep knowledge of financial processes to help us implement a business-critical finance system. You’ll collaborate with teams across the business, lead customer project implementations, and be a champion for system improvements.
You will be an experienced finance systems specialist who posses the following skills:
- Lead Finance Systems Implementation: Shape and implement a top-tier financial system for our business.
- Customer Focus: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, lead workshops, and provide training.
- Collaborate: Communicate updates, issues, and risks with internal teams and customers.
- Drive Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, quality control, and standardization to enhance system performance.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Become a go-to expert on our financial product, staying ahead of new features and continuously seeking improvements.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
- Experience in finance system implementation and working closely with clients
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with flexibility to visit offices or client sites as needed
- Accounting qualification would be a plus!
