In this role, you will support the operational health, optimization, and continuous improvement of finance systems in close partnership with the Finance function. You will analyze business processes, document requirements, support system enhancements, and drive execution through testing and structured issue resolution to improve overall system performance.
The Manager, Global Technology Support Services is responsible for the global delivery, evolution, and continuous improvement of end-user technology support services. This role provides proactive leadership across help desk operations, audiovisual (A/V) services, and end-user device lifecycle management, ensuring a high-quality, customer-centric experience for a globally distributed workforce. This hands-on leadership role operates at a strategic and operational level to lead internal teams and manage global vendors. The Manager, Global Technology Support Services partners closely with Network, Security, and Engineering functions, and establishes scalable service models, supply chain capabilities, and performance metrics aligned to enterprise standards.
This position is based in London and reports to the Senior Director, Security Architecture & Engineering.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and system configurations within NetSuite.
Support the ongoing health, stability, and performance of finance systems, including issue diagnosis and resolution.
Document “as-is” and “to-be” processes to support structured system improvements.
Execute system enhancements, configurations, and testing cycles (including UAT).
Maintain system documentation, workflows, and change logs within Jira and Confluence.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, controls, and data integrity.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1–3 years of experience in systems analysis, finance systems, or ERP support roles.
Exposure to finance operations and enterprise systems environments preferred. Job Description Experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and reporting.
Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical work.
Proficiency in system testing, requirements documentation, and gap analysis.
Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, reporting).
